On Sunday, 14th June 2026, our community gathered at the Arrow Vale Sports Centre in Redditch for a thrilling charity football match between Active Redditch Community Hub (ARCH F.C.) and the Al-Mateen Foundation. What began as a competitive 11-a-side game quickly grew into a powerful demonstration of brotherhood, generosity, and community spirit.

The core purpose of this event was to raise vital funds to build water pumps and wells for communities in desperate need of clean, safe water. Access to clean water saves lives, and our players and supporters took to the pitch with that noble goal driving every play.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone involved, we are proud to share that the event successfully raised £900! An outstanding performance from every single person.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Uncle Riz for his tireless work in organizing the event, bringing both teams together, and making the day such a success. May Allah ﷻ abundantly reward him and everyone who attended, played, donated, and supported the event in any way.
